Woke up at about 9:00am in the morning (Tuesday). As usual getting ready for work.. shower.. hair-do and get changed. Decided to take MRT to work today haha. I think this year i took less than 10 times to work by MRT. Everything seems normal except my neighbourhood central under major renovation so i got to change the route i used to take in the past. So long din get to see shop owners busy with their set ups. Warm weather, and i expected as i din managed to get a seat in the train. Not until it reach Outram Park, so tired~. Finally arrive Tampines at about 10:45am. Head straight to MacDonald to get economic $2 MacMuffin meal and a additonal hush-brown. It was so called a brand new month for me, new sales target, new bosses, new faces etc. I really not sure what got into me haha. Whole morning i was busy cleaning all the laptop's LCD as there so much awful and disgusting finger prints left by some customers. Heavens pay back immediately, i got a sales! lolx... so happy! Everythings seems fine until i met this customers of Pauline, my colleague. This couple was absolutely turn off. The guy was talking to me, mention that he actually wanted to collect his laptop, carrying case and Microsoft Office software. I was kind enough to inform him that the software was out of stock. Out of surprise, he yell at me saying how come he wasn't inform about it? To my understand, Pauline did inform him that it was out of stock. Fine i did what i could anyway, forcing myself to smile (&$^%*#@#!!). Wonder why now adays customers don know how to respect themselves. If that's the case, how are we going to respect them and provide excellent services, it take two hands to clap!? So i believe whether it does complete a great customers service it lies on both parties! haha So people, doing retail/sales ain't that simple okie? =D End of day i got $10K sales in total! yeah! After work, staying back at store to play Xbox360 FiFa it was a great game the resolution etc it was fantastic haha, sorry as usual i'm the Winner! ~haha Sorry to my FiFa fellows~. =X Took MRT home, on my way back i chatted with Andrea on sms. I miss hell lots of her! She is so crappy and loud. But that's the way i like her! haha hopefully she din manage to see this. haha She invited me to MOS this Thursday but i think i got to give it a miss as i'm really busy with work but will gonna ask her out when i am free from my duties. Wanna bring her to her favourite Buffet!!!! lolx
OMG~ it like 2:43am in the morning.. how come i still cant fall asleep. haha got to go and rest le. i will miss alot of you people. hugss muackss. update when i am free again!
