Today I finally went to get my cup noodles from NTUC cos I already planned to save $ on food by having cup noodle for some of the days at work. Economy been bad, since cant cut down on the rest so I decided to cut down on my food since I don mind just having cup noodles. Oh yah I bought a new Imation 250GB portable hard disk too, my Lenovo giving me problems already. Am tired so I took cab home and chatted with Janice(NYP) on MSN, thanks babe! Tomorrow heading to Shenton Way Partyworld with fellow colleagues, hopes it gonna be fun!!!!
Monday went Holland Village Cafe 211 for dinner with Stacey. Nothing special for the very first time I visit there, sigh. After that head down to Cineleisure to meet up with Janice(Starbucks) for movies "Look For A Star" though it just a very simple love story but I turn out to love it so much and and the ending part was so touching!~~ aww~
After that we accompanied Stacey down to Boatquay as she work at 12am. Though of leaving early, but it never happened. Nothing much as Janice and me hit the bar counter as it's pretty crowded on a Monday night? Played couple of pool with Brenda & Janice never really plan to sing as i'm not really in the mood. Then there's these group of girls on table 2 & 3 were damn noisy and so, but eventually I still do remember I saw them before on the night I hit QB with Roy. They must had heard me sang 我爱太妹 & 稻香 before, so they ask Brenda to select these 2 tracks for me and want me to sing for them~ Haha alright being steady enough I sang the songs and cheers with them also. They were all very friendly people but then just over and noisy at times. -.-
While we decided to leave soon, received sms from Stacey "Steve at Martinz" and Steven came to look for me ofcos we chatted bout the "main topic" with him and so.. Chua was super duper drunk keep wanna kiss me! WTF!? Also met the Gateway promoter and his friends (: Had my solo ktv session at Martinz before joining them at Prata shop for their breakfast, I din order anything. Headed home in the morning and went work later the day. *hee*

Andy Lau and Shu Qi in "Look for a Star"
Look for a Star is a romantic comedy starring Andy Lau and Shu Qi. The movie is inspired by the relationship between Macao casino tycoon Stanley Ho and his fourth wife, Angela Leong. Andy Lau plays a millionaire who falls in love with a bubbly casino dealer played by Shu Qi.
Sam Ching (Andy Lau) is a business tycoon who owns a number of business (just like Stanley Ho). Sam is admired by the rich but despised by the poor, including Milan Sit (Shu Qi) who works as a croupier in a casino and as a cabaret dancer to make ends meet.
Milan meets Sam but she thinks he’s just a poor gambler. From the way Sam dresses, he doesn’t at all look like a gambler or a poor man at all. Somehow, Milan has that perception Sam is even poorer than her and has lost all his money in the casino. Sam, inadvertently falls in love with Milan. While Milan shares her dreams with Sam, little does she knows Sam is the business tycoon who owns the casino she works at, the night club she dances at, and is a billionaire whom she hates as a child.
When Sam realizes he’s in love with Milan, he confesses to Milan his true identity. Fallen in love against all odds, this mismatched couple soon get married without realizing the consequences which will affect Sam’s business. Due to Milan’s background, the media and shareholders alike have strongly criticized Sam’s decision. In order to save the shareholders and investors, Sam’s mother has proposed to get Milan to sign a prenup agreement. Sam feels it is necessary without thinking about Milan’s feeling. Furthermore, Sam’s third ex-wife has taken one third of his asset when they divorced. Sam’s action has strongly caused an upset in Milan.
As Sam’s chauffeur, Tim (Lam Ka-Wah) and Secretary General, Jo (Denise Ho) both also have problems in confessing their love towards their partners, the three of them including Sam decide to join a Television show in order to confess their love to the world.
While the movie is quite predictable, there are scenes during the Television show which are quite emotional. Zhang Hanyu plays Lin Jiu, a general worker from Shandong who comes to Macao to make ends meet in contrast to Jo, only second to Sam in the huge conglomerate. It seems Lin Jiu and Jo’s love story easily overshadow Sam and Milan. Even Tim’s confession is more touching than Sam and Milan’s love.
The movie is shot mainly in Macao and the filming location is nothing less than spectacular. Macao is a beautiful country with colonial architectures and splendid hotels, casinos and night clubs.
Overall, it’s a good effort by director, Andrew Lau, even though Andy Lau and Shu Qi do not have the sparkle and do not seem to suit each other in a romance movie. Just like the movie, they are mismatched after all.
Weekends were okay and sales not so bad~ Need to improve still. (I said these to someone, I will wanna love my job, I will.) Fcuk off all these 小人 who kept making my life so miserable. Read my post and so.. FCUK OFF. And I bought my new ear stubs from Swarvoski as my old pairs cant be repair anymore even after I sent it for service.
Last Friday, need not mention met Karmen and friends at Boatquay but she head home early doe to some reasons. Left myself there and I should have went home too, cos what I know is I was super drunk and high that night and I puked. Brenda, Stacey, Pamela, June & Audrey would have understand and know why what happened. It been long time since I puke at BQ, it's so sweet of June to have taken care of me when I went to a corner to vomit. So what happened? Opened a bottle of martell almost finished, had 2 jugs of beer at QB before I went over Millions to "tah" finish a jug of beer all by my own. Serious hang over the next day but still I went to work! =)
Okay.. Head to ESPN now.. Chelsea VS Juventus! =x Champions League!
